What to expect

  • Valid for stays Jun - Sep OR Jul - Aug

June or September stay: voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days. Excludes 1 Jul - 31 Aug and 4, 9-17, 23-24 and 30 Sep 2021. Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Aug 2021.

July - August stay: voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021.

All stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: four poster room £45, family room £25; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes a £40 dinner allowance towards any food or drink in the hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; family room supplement of £25 per room per night required. Children ages 12 and under stay free of charge on BB basis and paying for all other meals as taken when sharing with 2 adults in a family room; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at supplementary charge of £10 per dog, per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or bar areas.

No wheelchair access available.

Please note, all bedrooms are accessed via stairs and there is no lift.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
