Where do you put the credit note number

Thanks for getting in touch!

To apply this at our checkout, just head to itison.com. Once you’ve found the deal you’d like, select Buy Now. You can then select 'Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit' after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

Can you book this afternoon tea ie using this voucher to havin a 'done' if you book the Dome online there is a £30 charge for lunch/aft tea time. So wondering if I booked a dome and selected this time could I then email to book aft tea at this voucher price? Just checking if they don't let you use ituson vouchers in domes.

I'm afraid this voucher is only valid to use at Taypark House and can't be used at any other venue.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, Mon - Thu 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Fri - Sun and 14 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 3 vouchers per table.

Served in the restaurant. Dome hire unavailable.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Option 2: Includes a G&T or glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
