Hey in regards to the question I asked a few days ago about this deal.I contacted the hotel and their reply was to contact you.They said you have the decision as to wether I could get a refund if Covid restrictions change.I do t want to go ahead an but this deal if anything changes and I lose out.Can you please advise ,thank you

I’m happy to let you know we do offer a full refund on unused vouchers within 14 days of their purchase, and you can read more about our Covid-19 guarantee by heading to https://www.itison.com/pages/guarantee.

The hotel does hold a 48-hour cancellation policy, and we'd advise getting in touch with them in advance of your booking if you need to rearrange or cancel your booking as this is at their discretion. If you need any further help though you're welcome to then contact us at support@itison.com and we're happy to raise this with the hotel, however we cannot guarantee a refund outwith the 14 day cooling off period.

I can confirm option two is £139 for a 2 night stay for two with wine on arrival, 2 course dinner one night, afternoon tea on arrival, breakfast each morning and leisure access.

1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 20 Sep 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat.

2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 20 Sep 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.

Excludes 20 Nov 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Children permitted, max 2 under 16s per room at a supplement of £24.50 per child per night; payable directly to hotel. Includes afternoon tea with a soft drink.

Pets permitted at a supplement of £12.50 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
