Questions and answers

With option 2, the extra cost is £50, and for this we get £20 x2 =£40 off the dinner bill. This doesn't appear to be a good deal. Am I missing something?

I'm really sorry for the confusion caused here, but I can confirm Option 2 and 3 includes a £25 per person dinner allowance towards the full menu. We've updated our offer now to reflect this.

Hi there,

Option 2 includes a £25pp allowance for dinner - is there any actual discount here or is it simply a £50 allowance towards the menu prices? (i.e., if I get option 2 am I saving any money or is it the same as going with option 1 and then paying the hotel direct for dinner?)

I can confirm voucher option 2 for Meldrum House is it the same as going with option 1 plus a £25 per person dinner allowance towards the full menu.

I am interested in the offer but I have a specific date that we would be looking to book due to child care. What happens if I buy the voucher and that date is not available? Can I cancel the voucher?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2018 and 1 Jan, 14 Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stable superior double room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Not valid for wedding or event nights.

Option 2 and 3 includes a £25 per person dinner allowance towards the full menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Option 3 dinner allowance is on the first night only.

Onsite parking available.

Max of 1 child permitted; ages 16 and under require a supplementary charge of £25 per child including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
