Treatments are unsuitable for the following conditions: eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, recent eye surgery, recent eye infection, sensitive eyes, hay fever, conjunctivitis, cataract, glaucoma, sty, diabetic retinopathy, alopecia, trichotillomania, dry eye syndrome, use of medicated eye drops, thyroxin.

Contact lenses must be removed.

Option 1: duration: approx. 15mins; benefits last for 4-6 weeks.

Option 2: duration approx. 45-60mins; benefits last for 6-8 weeks.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
