I'm afraid advanced booking is required with this voucher.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

When I go onto Empire Beauty to book a treatment there is no link for the itison voucher. Can you help I have two itison vouchers still to be used.

I'm happy to let you know you can make a booking with your vouchers by following the instructions in the How To Book section.

I’ve re-sent your unused vouchers to you by email, and they should be with you in a couple of minutes. If they don’t come through, I’d suggest checking your junk or spam folder in case they've been filtered there.

You can also view your vouchers at any time by heading to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

3 x sessions of 60 minute luxury hydro dermabrasion facial or diamond microdermabrasion facial or tailored skin peel facial for one

Voucher is valid from Fri 26 Apr until Sat 31 Aug 2019, Wed – Sun 10am – 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays & Tuesdays.

Advance booking required. Options 1 & 2 voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2019. Option 3 voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Options 1 & 2: multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Option 3: multiple vouchers purchases not permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Option 1: 30 minute hydro dermabrasion facial or microdermabrasion facial or tailored skin peel facial.

Option 2: 60 minute luxury hydro dermabrasion facial or diamond microdermabrasion luxury facial or tailored skin peel facial.

Option 3: 3 x sessions of 60 minute luxury hydro dermabrasion facial or diamond microdermabrasion luxury facial or tailored skin peel facial.

All treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Skin peel may cause some redness.

Wearing a high SPF sunscreen and avoiding direct sunlight is highly recommended.

At least 2 weeks must be left between facials.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins inc skin consultation.

Options 2 & 3 duration: approx 60mins inc skin consultation.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Facial can be upgraded to add on either a LED mask or Gold Collagen Mask for a supplementary charge of £15; please discuss with and pay directly to salon.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
