You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day prior to your arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner; vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £3.75 is required per person per dish for the following: 8oz Hallmark sirloin steak, catch of the day and £5.75 for 10oz Hallmark ribeye steak; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 3 children permitted; children ages 12 years and under stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults. Breakfast is included and all additional meals can be paid directly to hotel.

Max of 3 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night - includes bowl and treat.

Additional days parking charged at £4 per car per day.

Hotel transfers are available during selected times, please book in advance directly with the hotel.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
