Small print

• Voucher is valid Tue - Sat from Fri 11 Aug until Thu 26 Oct 2023; subject to availability. 
• Tue, Thu & Fri sessions: 9:15am, 11am, 1:30pm & 3:15pm.  Sat sessions: 1:30pm & 3:15pm
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 12 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Recommended for 0-7 yrs old.
• Duration approx. 1hrs 15 mins inc interactive storytelling.
• Options 2&3: Includes a choice of hot drink each per accompanying adult. 
• Snacks are permitted but not provided. Food is not permitted within the play area.
• Max of 12 people per group/activity. 
• Limited indoor space for prams and pushchairs, however there is a covered area off the pavement.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
