Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. I'm sorry for the disappointment.

For one person including a 45 minute back, neck and shoulder with scalp massage and mini facial is £35, and for one person including a 60 minute aromatherapy massage with a mini facial is £39.

What to expect

  • 30 minute back, neck & shoulder massage OR
  • 60 minute aromatherapy massage with optional mini facial OR
  • 45 minute back, neck & shoulder massage with a scalp massage & mini facial

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Tue 30 May 2023, Mon - Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays & 20 Dec 2022 - 1 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Under 16s require a consent form signed by an adult.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Facials are not suitable for anyone who is undergoing or receiving treatments for skin conditions.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Option 1 duration: approx. 30 mins.

Option 2 duration: approx. 60 mins.

Option 3 duration: approx. 45 min massage plus 15 min facial.

Option 4 duration: approx. 60 min massage plus 15 min facial.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
