You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, please discuss and pay directly to hotel; subject to availability.

Options 2 & 3 include a £20pp dinner allowance from the main menu in either the lounge or the restaurant; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.

Includes access to the leisure facilities: swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children up to age 12 are permitted at a supplement of £15 per child BB; all other meals to be paid for as taken. Upgrade to a family room is required; please discuss when booking. Limited cots available.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
