Questions and answers

I'd like to buy this voucher and upgrade it to a family room with two children. Hoping to stay on Sunday 2nd April. The small print says "The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date." so I wonder I can still buy the voucher and use it booking a room online. There are family rooms available on the hotel website but I don't want to risk it not being able to use the itison voucher.
I would appreciate it if you can clarify it.

Once I buy a voucher, am I supposed phone the hotel to book?
(guessing that you cannot book online with the hotel website)

I contacted the hotel before buying itison voucheer to double check if the room with the deal is available and also how I can use the voucher with online booking (only accept credit card) but the person who answered even didn't know about the deal and I couldn't find out if I could book a room with itison deal or how to pay with online booking with the hotel website.

If you cannot tell and the hotel cannot tell how it works, how can I book and use this deal?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher as you'll receive a unique voucher with full instructions.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard double room

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night:; please discuss with hotel directly
