You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 3 per group; subject to availability.

Back, neck and shoulder massage not available during pregnancy.

Includes afternoon tea with a 125ml glass of fizz per person. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Max of 3 people per table.

Please note the leisure facilities are located in a separate building from the spa. The leisure club is open from 6am - 10pm.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
