• Voucher is valid until 8 July 2015, 7 days 10am-6pm; subject to availability.
• Sat & Sun are additional £10 per person, please discuss with Carlton Hotel at time of booking. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 19th May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Massage is suitable for those who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from cancer or those in remission. Facial and manicures may not be suitable, please discuss with Carlton Hotel at time of booking. 
• Group bookings permitted; max of 6 per group, subject to availability. 
• Manicure can last up to 1 week depending on lifestyle and maintenance. 
• Members will also receive access to leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool and fitness suite.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your experience. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
