• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sep 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019; valid 7 days 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note Saturdays and Sundays have limited availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Includes a 3 course bento box lunch; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 x 30min treatments choosing from: back neck and shoulder massage, taster facial, mini manicure, mini pedicure or scalp massage.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: full access to the gymnasium, pool, sauna, spa bath, steam room.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
