The hotel and facilities are fantastic. All staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond which is refreshing when traveling with 2 little children. We can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay. The lodge was beautiful, they had thought about a lot of what you would need and had stuff there for you like washing up liquid, tea coffee this is all very appreciated and helpful. All the staff in the hotel, reception, restaurants, shop and leisure facilities were very helpful. The lady on the desk at the leisure reception went above and beyond to help.
We did sadly find the staff at the outdoor centre quite unhelpful and almost seemed scripted there response to things.
Overall a fabulous stay, even with all the rain it was still amazing.
