• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 14, 22 Feb & 11 Mar 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings can be made from Wed 27 Dec 2017.
• Vouchers are non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: plus room £30, family room £50, plus family room / junior suite £70 or superior suite £90; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: fitness equipment, beauty treatment rooms, a 17-metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; max of 1 child aged 10 and under can be accommodated in a standard room free of charge inc breakfast and paying for meals as taken; max of 2 children can be accommodated in a family room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night, meals charged as taken; children under 5 dine free with paying adult; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 small dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
