• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.
• Superior double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a daily complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Continental breakfast is currently delivered to your room due to Covid-19.
• Max of 1 child permitted per room; children are classed as 12yrs and under; a supplementary charge of £10prpn is required with meals paid for as taken.
• No pets permitted, except guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel when booking if a fully accessible room is required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
