• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 16 Feb and 26 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable but can be amended 72 hours prior to stay.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: club room £15, executive room £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £20 dinner allowance per person towards the main menu; menu is subject to change. Option 3: Dinner is available on the first night only.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Option 3: Includes a bottle of house red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted. Under 12s stay free with breakfast included; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 small dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
