Small print

• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 13 Nov 2016 until Sun 26 Feb 2017, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Monday – Saturday and 25 Dec 2016, 1 Jan 2017.
• Option 2 and 3 voucher is valid from Thur 1 Dec 2016 until Tue 28 Feb 2017, Mon – Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sunday and 2 - 3, 9 - 10, 16 - 17, 23 - 25, 30 - 31 Dec 2016, 1 Jan, 11, 14, 18 Feb 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day prior to your arrival.
• Please note until 23 Dec 2016 the swimming pool will be closed for refurbishment; during this period the swimming pool, sauna and steam room will be closed. Gym and changing facilities will still be open during this time.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £20 per night for an executive room and £45 per night for an apartment; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 course dinner each choosing from the set menu; menu is subject to change.
• Bottle of wine in room on arrival, choose between red, white and rose; please advise hotel when booking.
• Parking available onsite; limited parking charged at £7 for 24 hours.
• Children are permitted; maximum of 2 children under 12 years old. First child free of charge, second child £20 per room supplement when sharing with adults and includes breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym facilities.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 small dog.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
