Voucher is valid from Tue 11 Jun 2019 until Fri 30 Aug 2019; Sun - Fri, treatments available 10am - 6pm, spa access 6.30am - 10pm, afternoon tea served 12 noon - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Fridays and Sundays; payable directly to the spa.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Age 16+ only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Treatments can not be substituted for other treatments.

Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Includes 2 treatments per person; each treatment will last approx. 25 mins.

Includes 4 hours leisure access.

Afternoon tea with tea or coffee is included, menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Max of 6 people per table.

Vegetarian options are available.; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
