Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days 6pm - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb and 19 Mar 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Option 1: Includes a choice of starter & main or main & dessert from the Prix Fixe menu; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £4 is required for prawns, £8 for rump steak and £1.50 for le fromage slate; payable directly to restaurant.  Includes a glass of Prosecco each.
• Option 2: Includes a sharing starter, rump steak each, sides & sauce to share from a set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge per person is required for the following: fillet steak £7, house wine £5, Malbec £10, dessert £5; payable direct. Includes a bottle of house wine to share.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Children permitted until 11pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
