• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Nov: Sun – Fri, Dec – Mar: Sun-Thu; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays in Nov, and Fridays, Saturdays Dec-Mar.
• Bed & breakfast excludes: 
• Nov: 16, 20, 22, 23, 27 – 30, Dec: 11 – 13, 31, Jan: 31, Feb: 14, 27, Mar: 27-30
• In addition, dinner, bed & breakfast also excludes: 
• Dec: 25, Feb: 15 Mar: 15, 22 
• A supplementary charge is required per room per night for the following stays: Fridays £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 31 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with Malmaison.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes continental breakfast for two.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner choose a starter and main or main and dessert each from the Prix Fixe menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday nights.
• Dinner is not available in restaurant on 25 Dec, however includes a £19.95 allowance per person towards food in the Mal Bar or room service.
• Max 1 child permitted; cots are available on request for babies. Children aged 3 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £30 for extra bed; payable directly to hotel. Meals paid for as taken. Please note: family rooms require a supplementary charge; please discuss rates and availability directly with hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
