Small print

• Voucher is valid from 1st Dec until 31st March 2015 Sun-Fri 10am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 13th Feb 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max of 4 per person. 
• Over 17's only. 
• Sorry, treatments are not suitable for those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Members who are currently suffering from cancer or those in remission will require a GP note or disclaimer that they are able to take part. 
• Treatments will take approx 55 mins, the Rasul treatment is self applied and will take approx 40mins.
• Group bookings permitted. 
• Members can receive 20% off additional treatments on the day when booked in advance with Norton House Hotel & Spa. 
• Glass of bubbly can be substituted for a soft drink. Afternoon tea/Elevenses must be booked between 11am and 6pm, gluten free alternatives are also available; please discuss with Norton House Hotel & Spa at time of booking. 
• Afternoon tea and Elevenses menu are subject to change and availability. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
