• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sun 20 Dec 2020, 7 days 1.30pm - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings may be permitted subject to availability; please discuss directly with the hotel at time of booking.
• Set afternoon tea menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking. Any dietary requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
