• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Sept 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 29 Aug, 9-11 Sept 2016.
• £30 supplement for Sat night stays. Please pay direct to Sandman Signature Hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Sept 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights stays; subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, late check out 2pm. 
• Double king room available. Members can upgrade to a suite for additional £25 per room, per night. Please discuss with Sandman Signature Hotel at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking available at St James Metro Station car park located across the street, local charges apply. £8 average overnight charge.
• Children permitted; family suite is required for an additional £25 per night to upgrade. Under 16’s can stay free of charge, over 16’s are additional £25 per person per night. Price does not include breakfast, can be purchased from £11.95pp. Max of 2 children per room, please discuss with Sandman Signature Hotel at time of booking.
• Pets are permitted; additional £10 per pet, per night. Max of 2 pets per room.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
