• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jul 2018 until Fri 28 Sept 2018, Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and 6, 27 Aug 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Over 17’s only.
• Vegetarian and gluten/wheat and dairy free options are available; please discuss at time of booking.  
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.
• Face and body treatments are not suitable for those under 13 weeks pregnant. Body scrub is not suitable during pregnancy. 
• Treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins.
• Includes full leisure access for the day plus robes.
• Includes 20% off any additional treatments on the day, these can be pre-booked at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
