• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Wed 22 Dec 2021, 7 days.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 22 Nov 2021 (we don't want you to miss out).
• Jan - Mar 2022
• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don't want you to miss out).
• General
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Stay in a standard double OR river view room.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Includes a cooked or continental breakfast with tea, coffee and fruit juice. Vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options are available.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
