You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Room can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; subject to availability, payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on one night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child under 12 permitted; cots are provided free of charge on request, a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast applies for a camp bed; payable directly to hotel. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.

Max of 1 large dog or 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Dog friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
