The incredible restaurant changes its menu weekly to reflect the best of seasonal produce, and utilises the finest ingredients to create unique and interesting dishes that are unlike anything you’ve tried before!
- Cured mackerel with fermented cucumber and parsley emulsion
- January King cabbage with caramelised curd, wild garlic purée and kibbled wheat
- Gurnard with pickled fennel, nettles and langoustine oil
- Rare breed pork with fermented apple and charred leek
- Poached rhubarb with burnt cream, toasted oats and Alexander

The food, service and ambience were all outstanding. Just fantastic. It's a great shame that Fhior will be closing on 1 June, but we wish the owners all the very best for their new ventures.

FHIOR has been on our list for a while so were thrilled when the voucher came up online and we weren't disappointed. The service was impecable and food delicious, the best pork I've ever had! and all the little extras made the meal a real treat. We look forward to going back soon!
