• Voucher is valid until Fri 20 Dec 2019, Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea is served 1pm - 4pm.
• Excludes Sat - Sun and 28-31 Oct, 18, 25 & 26 Nov 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Over 18s only.
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.  
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
