Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 2nd Jan 2016 until Thu 31 Mar, 2016, 7 days 12noon – 10pm; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by Thurs 10th Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Minimum two hours will be allocated. Members will be notified at time of booking when room is required back.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; one voucher per table.
• Set menu provided at time of booking.
• Vegetarian, gluten/wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Cheese board carries a £3 supplement per person, payable directly to Hotel.
• Prosecco Supione Valdobbiaden Col de Mez included – one glass per guest. Prosecco may be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access.
• Children are permitted until 8pm.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
