• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 June 2018 until Fri 31 Aug 2018, 7 days, 10am – 9pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per person for Friday – Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; 4 treatment rooms available (1 x double, 3 x individual); subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking. 
• Massage and facial are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; sauna and steam room are not suitable.
• Treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note only.
• Please note a doctor’s note is required from clients with severe heart conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa when booking.
• Duration: massage approx. 60mins, facial approx. 30mins inc 2 hours use of the facilities.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Includes 20% off any additional treatments booked; please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access not available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
