• Voucher is valid until Mon 20 Nov, 2017, 7 days 9am – 9pm; subject to availability.
• £20 supplement charge per person for Fri, Sat and Sun bookings. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking. 
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding however it is not recommended for pregnant women to use sauna or steam room.
• Those suffering from or those in remission of cancer require approval from doctor; please discuss suitability with spa directly.  
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa when booking.
• Use of spa facilities for approx. 2hrs.
• Duration: pedi approx. 60 mins, mani approx. 45 mins. Benefits will last approx. 7-10 days, depending on maintenance and lifestyle.
• Spa day option: includes 60 min treatment time (choice of a radiance facial or a signature massage). 
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
