• Voucher is valid from Sat 6 Apr until Thu 31 Oct 2024, Sat - Sun, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. Please check available dates directly.
• Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Suitable for ages 12+. 
• Option 1: Duration approx. 25 mins inc 5 min briefing
• Option 2: Duration approx 50 mins inc 5 min briefing
• Max of 1 person per group.
• Weather appropriate clothing advised.
• Subject to cancellations due to averse weather conditions or operational issues; experience will be re-booked.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
