Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 people per table. Must be from a maximum of 2 households only.
• Afternoon tea only from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
