  • Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Mar 2024 until Fri 28 Jun 2024, 7 days at 1pm or 3.20pm; subject to availability.
  • Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
  • Telephone or email bookings only.
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
  • Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
  • Under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult to help hold and guide the Alpaca.
  • Duration approx. 1hr.
  • Max of 4 people per group. Please note only one person can walk with the alpaca at any one time (take turns walking the alpaca and then you’ll need to walk behind the group when not with the alpaca).
  • Please wear outdoor walking boots or wellies for the trek.
  • Meeting point: Action Glen reception.
  • No wheelchair access available.
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Great walk with the alpacha’s

    Reviewed on

    8 year old grandson and he friend (and the grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed our walk with Cole the young black alpaca). We bought some food to feed Cole half way along our walk, which he really enjoyed.
    We also met Eric and Dolly, the vocal donkey’s and saw lots of very cute Pygmy goats.
    Jack was a very friendly and informative guide. We all had a lovely and enjoyable visit.
