• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 14 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, late check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family room £10 and family suite £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes leisure access. No lifeguard at pool area; swimming is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult (0-8yrs 1 adult to 2 children; 8 - 15yrs 1 adult to 4 children) and supervised at all times. Towels can be rented for a fee of £1 per day.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under. A supplementary charge of £10 per child per night applies, including breakfast; payable direct.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per room; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
