• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020; 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1, 3, 4, 24 - 26 Jan; 1, 2, 7, 8, 13, 14, 16, 22, 23 & 29 Feb; 2 - 6, 13, 14, 20 - 22, 27, 28 Mar 2020. Please note limited weekend availability. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.  
• Standard double/twin room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe for a supplementary charge of £30prpn; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended at full rate; please discuss & arrange directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: include a £25pp dinner allocation to spend in the Orangery or Bistro; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Option 3: Includes a bottle of Prosecco & chocolate truffles in the room on arrival. 
• Max of 2 children permitted; 0 - 2yrs free of charge, dinner paid as taken; 5 - 12yrs £20pp bed & breakfast; payable directly to hotel. 
• Babysitting services may be available during your stay; please discuss & arrange with the hotel directly. 
• Max of 2 pets are permitted in rooms only at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
