• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 11-14 Feb, 11-12, 19, 25-27 Mar 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays and £20 for Sunday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Double or twin executive room available. Rooms can be upgraded to the Clyde View room for a supplementary charge of £20 prpn; payable directly. Suite upgrades also available; please discuss directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a starter and main course each from the market menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required for the following: 8oz rib of beef £8, charred bavette £5; payable directly. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  Max of 6 people per table. Large groups will be seated subject to availability and government guidelines.
• Use of the leisure facilities are available from 3pm on day of check-in - 11am on day of check-out; pre-booking is required. A supplementary charge of £10 pppd will be required for use out with these times.
• Imperia spa will be open for treatments only. Some treatments may be adapted as per government guidelines and advice. The pool and all other leisure facilities will be open subject to government guidelines and advice.
• Max of 2 children aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night. Includes a z-bed to sleep on and breakfast.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
