Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Sep 2016 until Wed 30 Nov 2016, Mon – Sat 9am - 7pm, Sun 11am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday & Sunday bookings.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time, subject to availability. Maximum of 2 per group.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any specific health concerns directly with the Spa at time of booking
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Please note only gymnasium facilities are included, there are no pool facilities.
• 2 course lunch is served in Cucina 12.30pm – 3pm. Menu is subject to change.
• Includes 20% off any retail purchases.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
