• Voucher is valid from Fri 22 Oct 2021 until Sun 5 Dec 2021, valid Fri 6pm, Sat 2pm & 4pm and Sun 3pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Mondays - Thursdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Please note there is a non-refundable £1 booking fee.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Duration approx. 45mins.
• Max of 16 people per group.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
