• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Mar 2017 until Tue 27 June 2017, Mon - Wed 10am - 6pm, Thur 10am - 8pm and Fri 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday, Sunday and 10 - 21 Apr 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 6 June 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases; one voucher can be redeemed per member, others can be purchased as gifts only.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Treatment may be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins in total. 30 min massage and 30 min facial.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
