• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 May 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night for the following: front facing - £15, suites - £25; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss when booking.
• Options 2: Includes a 3 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking. A £1.50 supplementary charge is required per person for the chicken pakora starter; payable directly.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted in an upgraded room as standard rooms can't accommodate extra guests. Children under 3yrs go free, ages 3-13yrs are charged £10 supplement per child per night in addition to room upgrade supplement.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
