• Voucher is valid until Thur 3 Aug 2017, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 20 July 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.  
• Double or twin superior rooms available. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under incur a supplementary charge of £20 per night for an additional bed; cots are free of charge and breakfast is charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Pet suitable rooms are subject to availability. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
