- A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
- Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 23 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Hotel will be closed for renovation until Thu 13 Feb 2020.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Good 3 star hotel in a nice location

Rooms were very clean. We had a couple of issues, one of which was resolved straight away. Nice bar area. We had booked dinner for one night but it turned out that the restaurant wasn’t open on Easter Sunday which was a bit odd. Very pleasant staff.

There was no one on reception when we arrived and no bell to ring. Waited for about 5 minutes with other guests also arriving.
Dinner was a disappointment and felt "mean", small portions and the burger was the smallest I have ever seen served in a hotel. The chicken & mushroom pie had 2 small pieces of "chicken" and 2 small slices of mushroom. The pastry wasn't cooked properly so wasn't able to eat it all.
The waiter said he would bring water and had to ask during our main course for some. We were not asked if we wanted to buy any drinks.
Breakfast was fine.
There didn't seem to be many staff and the waitress was lovely but the other staff weren't warm.
We had to pay £15 per dog so it that was an extra £30. We are used to paying extra for dogs and would have expected a wee welcome treat for them, even a biscuit!
Such a shame as this was our first stay with Bespoke Hotels.
