- Findlay’s haggis cannonballs with pickled turnip, Glengoyne whisky and Seville orange marmalade

We recently enjoyed their lunch menu and loved every morsel. We had the trout and haggis cannonballs for starters (one each), which were excellent. The risotto as a main was delicious and full of flavour. On top of that, the restaurant has unparalleled views of Edinburgh castle and the Royal Mile. One to go back to.
