Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon & Fri 10am - 6pm, Tue - Thu 10am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Option 1: Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Option 2: Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Option 1: Duration approx. 1hr. Groups can be booked at the same time; max of 3 per group. Suitable during breastfeeding and pregnancy if in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. Not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission..
• Option 2: Duration approx. 55mins. Groups cannot be booked at the same time. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
