Having just added an array of fantastic breakfast dishes to their menu, the restaurant now boasts the perfect spot for you and your mates to grab a bite to eat before work or enjoy a tasty start to a day at the shops. With breath-taking views of Edinburgh Castle and a handy location on the corners of George Street and Castle Street, we won’t blame you if breakfast turns into lunch and dinner to boot!
- Pan eggs – two fried eggs served with Asian sausage, ham, ground pork, spring onion and toasted sourdough bread
- Khao Tom Thai rice soup – traditional breakfast rice broth served with minced pork, chilli, fried shallots, tofu and lime
- Smashed avocado on toasted sourdough bread, served with two poached eggs and vine cherry tomatoes
- Thai honey yogurt topped with grilled pineapple and shaved coconut or fragrant mango and granola
