Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 1 Feb 2025, Thu 4pm - 8pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Wed & 23, 28-31 Dec 2023, 1-3 Jan 2024.
• Consultation/patch test and first session must be booked by Fri 29 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Remaining sessions must be completed within 48 weeks of first session, allowing for 6-8 weeks between sessions.
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 15-45mins depending on size of area being treated. 
• Patch test required.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
