Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 24 Dec 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Sessions run every 30mins from 9am - 3:30pm.  Limited availability on 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 Dec; 9am - 1pm and 3:30pm.
• Advance booking not required; walk-ins only. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 6 people per group.
• Vouchers for 2, 3 or 4 ornaments can be used by up to 4 people.
• Suitable for ages 5+. Ages 5-12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 20mins per ornament.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please note bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
